High coherent supercontinuum generation in nitrobenzene liquid-core photonic crystal fiber with elliptical air-hole inner ring

A nitrobenzene liquid-core photonic crystal fiber (NLC-PCF) with eight elliptical air-holes in the innermost ring of cladding is proposed this work, and structure can contribute to flexibly adjusting dispersion constraining core. The appreciable realized by structural parameters NLC-PCF, which characterized three zero-dispersion wavelengths (ZDWs), flat fluctuation fewer than 40 ps nm?1 km?1, high nonlinearity as 5500 W?1 km?1. propagation femtosecond pulse supercontinuum generation (SCG) NLC-PCF studied numerically when pump wavelength located normal abnormal region near different ZDW through solving generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation (GNLSE) split-step Fourier method. numerical results show that a highly coherent (SC) spanning from 1.3 2.8 µm obtained center 1810 nm, peak power 1000 W, width 50 fs propagated 5 cm long NLC-PCF. This research find applications fields novel PCF design ultrashort propagation.
